Following our conversation, I'll recommend the appropriate service and confirm the professional fee. Once you choose to proceed and the fee is paid, we begin.

This is where I get to know you beyond dates and destinations — your interests, preferences, rhythms, aspirations, past travel experiences and what you want from this particular journey.

For Journey Design, this is a particularly important part of the process and will usually involve further thoughtful questions, followed by another conversation or email correspondence to explore your answers and clarify the finer details.

I bring together what I've learned about you with in-depth research, specialist knowledge and trusted travel partners to develop one carefully considered journey direction.

We'll then review it together and refine the details. Journey Design includes up to two rounds of refinement, allowing us to make considered changes to the proposed itinerary, accommodation, experiences and other elements of the journey.

Once you're happy with the journey, I coordinate the bookings and bring the arrangements together. Before departure, you'll receive your itinerary and everything you need to feel well prepared for what lies ahead.

While you're away, I remain your point of contact where appropriate, alongside the trusted local partners, tour operators and specialists looking after you on the ground.

When you return, I'll be in touch. Not simply to ask how everything went, but to hear what stayed with you — the places, encounters and experiences you find yourself thinking about after you've come home.

A remarkable journey can continue to unfold long after the suitcase is unpacked. A new interest may have begun. A perspective may have shifted. You may return with questions you didn't have before — or with a clearer sense of something that matters to you.
