Professional fees reflect the time, expertise, research, advice and coordination involved in planning and managing your travel. Your applicable fee will always be confirmed before work begins.
International flight booking — A$150 per person
Domestic flight booking — A$70 per person
Amendments to confirmed arrangements — from A$100 per booking, depending on the scope and complexity of the changes required
Cancellation of confirmed arrangements — from A$150 per booking, depending on the complexity of the itinerary and work required to cancel and process the arrangements
Urgent or substantial changes — quoted according to scope
Fees are in Australian dollars and are additional to any fees, penalties, fare differences or charges imposed by airlines, tour operators, suppliers or other travel providers.
Airfares may also attract separate ticketing or consolidator fees. Where applicable, these will be included in your flight quote before booking.
You may arrange suitable travel insurance in connection with your booking or independently.
If arranging your own insurance, you will be required to confirm that appropriate cover is in place for all travellers included in the booking and to complete the applicable insurance declaration/waiver.
It remains your responsibility to ensure that your chosen policy provides appropriate cover for your circumstances, destinations and planned activities, including adequate medical and repatriation cover.
