Travel can take you somewhere new. The right journey can take you further.

I design meaningful, personalised journeys for curious, reflective and open-minded travellers who want more from travel than simply seeing another place.

Sometimes that means adventure and discovery. Sometimes a new perspective, connection or challenge. Sometimes it means returning to an interest, ambition or part of yourself that everyday life has left little room for. And sometimes what you need most is simply space to pause.

Rather than beginning with a destination, I begin with you — what draws you, what matters to you, and what you want this journey to bring into your life.

From there, I design an experience that is considered, personal and distinctly yours.

For those who remain curious

The journeys I create are for those whose curiosity reaches in many directions — towards history and ancient worlds, art and music, living cultures, wildlife and wild landscapes; towards remarkable people and different ways of life; and towards places that lie far beyond the familiar.

For those who want not only to see, but to understand. To walk through a place with someone who knows its stories. To hear the music that belongs there. To sit at a table with people whose lives look nothing like their own. To follow an old road, cross a desert, step into the wilderness — or simply experience a familiar part of the world with greater depth.

For those who value beauty and comfort, but know that the extraordinary is not always found behind five stars. Sometimes it is a conversation that stays with you. A landscape that makes you feel wonderfully small. A piece of history suddenly made real. The silence of somewhere very far from home.

You may be travelling to celebrate, to reconnect, to challenge yourself, to follow a lifelong fascination — or simply because there is still so much of the world you want to understand. You may also find yourself at a point of change, when stepping beyond the familiar offers the space for a different perspective — and perhaps a little more clarity about what comes next.

Whatever brings you there, I believe the most memorable journeys leave us with more than memories.

They leave us seeing something — perhaps even ourselves — a little differently.

Travel, designed around you

The world offers almost endless possibilities. The question is which ones belong in your journey.

Cross Mongolia beneath an immense sky. Explore the ancient worlds of Greece, Rome and the Mediterranean alongside archaeologists and expert guides. Hear world-class opera and classical music in extraordinary historic settings, illuminated by the musicologists and scholars who know their stories. Follow the old Silk Road through Central Asia. Encounter wildlife in remote landscapes. Travel into places rarely visited or difficult to reach. Sail into Antarctica, or watch Europe unfold slowly from the deck of a river ship.

Your journey might be adventurous or deeply cultural, challenging or restorative, meticulously planned or deliberately unhurried. It might follow a lifelong fascination, take you somewhere you never imagined going, or offer an entirely different way of experiencing a place you thought you knew.

My role is to understand what will make the journey remarkable for you — and bring together the right places, people and experiences to make it happen.

Behind NomadicaLux
Angelica

Born in what then was the USSR and now based in Western Australia, I grew up crossing borders, cultures and landscapes — and never quite lost the desire to see what lies beyond the familiar. My curiosity tends to lead me towards ancient civilisations and the traces they left behind; art, music and history; wild places; and, perhaps most of all, people — how they live, what they believe, the stories they carry, and the many different ways of seeing and understanding the world.

NomadicaLux grew from that curiosity — and from a fascination with the way travel can open our minds, challenge what we think we know, and leave us seeing the world, and often ourselves, a little differently.
